1. Who we are

2. What we collect

Please don't send health details through the booking form. If someone in your group needs special help, message us on WhatsApp and we'll talk it through.
3. Why we use it, and on what basis
- To confirm, carry out and charge for your transfer ~ the contract you make with us (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To keep the accounting records the law requires ~ legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Statistics, to improve the site ~ your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Cookies
The site keeps your choices in your browser: the theme and your cookie choice. Analytics cookies are set only with your consent. You can change your mind at any time with the Cookie settings button at the bottom of every page.
5. Who sees your data
- The company that hosts this website.
- WhatsApp (Meta) ~ the booking you send us, and any message you write to us there.
- Google ~ Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
We never sell or rent your data.
6. Transfers outside the EU
Google and Meta may process data in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep it
- Bookings and messages: for as long as we need to carry out your transfer, then only as long as the law requires, for example for accounting and tax.
- Analytics data: for the period set in the account (up to 14 months by default).
8. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hello@tenerifeprivatetransfers.com.
You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, aepd.es (opens in a new tab)).
9. Security
The site runs only over encrypted connections (HTTPS). It does not store the booking you send us.
10. Children
We only receive information about children from the adult who books, for example their ages for child seats.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version, with its date, is always on this page.
